Biography
Stephen works for the National Research Council of Canada at the Canada Institute for Scientific and Technical Information (CISTI). CISTI is mandated to be a national science library for Canada. Stephen is a technology architect, specializing mainly in enterprise and application architecture. He has worked in a variety of positions including web and application development, project management, system administration, data analysis, database development for a variety of organizations (mainly government at different levels).
